Rebecca Moore VIEW PROFILE

Our sweet friend and classmate Becky Moore passed away on May 14th.  Her service will be this Saturday at 1:00 at Maple Hill cemetery:  

Rebecca Lynne Moore, 55, of Spanish Fork, Utah passed away on May 14, 2018. Rebecca was born on January 31, 1963 in Huntsville, Alabama to her loving parents Darrell William Moore and Hazel Gabel Moore. She attended and graduated from Huntsville High School and went on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama Huntsville.
Rebecca loved animals and was dedicated in her work with pet and animal rights, rescue and fostering. She was a champion for social justice. She also worked and enjoyed over 10 year at the Huntsville Times, working four years for the 2002 Salt Lake City winter Olympics, and for the last 14 years in automobile marketing.
She is survived by her brother, Thomas Moore; stepbrother, Dwight Potter and wife, Jan; niece and nephew, Kate and Ben Potter; uncle and aunt, Bill and Merry Gabel; uncle, Tom E. Gabel; and uncle and aunt, Charles and Joyce Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Hazel Moore; aunt, Marcy Gabel; uncle, Ken Moore; aunt and uncle, LaRae and Raymond Conley; and stepmother, Betty Moore.
She was kind to everyone she knew and was sincere, honest and dependable.  We will miss her and always be grateful to have been blessed to have her in our lives.
There will be a graveside visitation and service Saturday May 26 at Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at noon with service at 1 p.m.  Enter the cemetery through the new entrance on the east end of Kingsbury Ave. on the north side of the cemetery.
